The hotel is located close to the beach and provides scenic views of the surroundings. the rooms are aesthetically designed with attention to detail, making the interior look luxurious and comfortable. the staff at the front desk and restaurant are helpful and serve delicious food.
The reservation team's communication needs to improve as they suggested a below-average hotel when the originally booked rooms were unavailable.

The hotel's interior is truly breathtaking - the aesthetic design is striking and pleasing to the eye. The location of the hotel is also noteworthy, situated in a convenient and easy to access area. I thoroughly enjoyed the food offered at the hotel - it was both tasty and satisfying.
One major downside to the hotel's stay was the slow service from the restaurant staff. there were issues with the water heating system that led to unnecessary water waste and discomfort.

During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the aesthetic interior design and the amazing location of the property. the food served was delicious and offered a great quantity. the staff at the front desk was really helpful and attentive to our needs.
The reservation team called to inform us that the rooms were not available due to maintenance and suggested a below-average property. Even after we declined, they still provided us with a room of lower category than what we had booked.
